The British hostage Ken Bigley has been executed by a group of Iraqi extremists,its thought Mr Bigley had attempted to escape and the group panicked .
A video of the execution was shown on Iraqi tv and his family have been informed
A run down of the events following his capture was posted in a paper, my partner read it out to me in disgust,and nowhere does it mention any meaningful intervention by Blair!.
That's hardly surprising.
This man has been cruelly killed in a country where life means nothing if it ever did at all.
